As part of a large national organisation, we are looking for our next superstar to join the team in our Bella Vista office. Your primary responsibility is to contact a variety of customers (home owners, tenants, real estate agents) to schedule valuation appointments for Property Valuers to undertake property inspections. You will plan efficient daily inspection timetables for the Valuation team across specific areas of Sydney.
**What is the role?**
As part of our friendly Scheduling Team, your role involves contacting a variety of customers (home owners, tenants, real estate agents, builders) and successfully securing valuation appointments for our Property Valuers to undertake property inspections. You will proactively plan efficient daily inspection timetables for the Valuation team across specific areas within the greater metropolitan Sydney. You will be provided with extensive training and coaching in a supportive team environment. This role will require you to work in a roster which operates between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
**What are the key tasks?**
- Updating and managing our internal database
- Scheduling and organising property inspections for our Property Valuers
- Conduct property-related document searches and basic research
- Manage customer enquiries
- General office administration duties as required
