We are seeking an experienced and dedicated District Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality Aboriginal Health Services across the Central Coast.

**An Eligibility List (E-List) or talent pool may be created from this recruitment episode to assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full-time and part-time positions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic direction and operational management of Aboriginal Health Services, ensuring the delivery of preventative, early intervention, and treatment programs.
- Provide oversight of specialist services and day-to-day management of staff and resources to ensure high-quality care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Ensure programs meet expected outcomes and deliver services within allocated funding.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including community groups, to advocate for the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Contribute to the development of health strategies that address health disparities and improve outcomes for the local Indigenous population.

**About You**
- You have a degree in a health related field and/ or extensive demonstrated experience in Aboriginal Health Management
- You have a unrestricted NSW drivers licence
- You have demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and protocol along with a sound knowledge of the issues affecting the health of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people on the Central Coast.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing high-level strategic plans, policy or guidelines and coordinating, redesigning and implementing Aboriginal health programs / services that has a positive influence on outcomes for the Aboriginal community.
