
Information Technology Help Desk Analyst

CAMILLA is on the lookout for an IT Help Desk Analyst to guide our tribe in everything computers and software.
Expanding rapidly into overseas markets, CAMILLA is well on our way to “Colour the world”. With great success already in our UK, US and Australian markets, we are on the hunt for a talented IT Helpdesk Analyst who can hit the ground running.
This role will work across Retail and Head Office to support our people in network, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Any previous IT Helpdesk experience will be highly regarded.
**Your duties as our IT Helpdesk Analyst (Level 1)**:
- Procure, Install, configure, and maintain ICT assets and associated operating systems
- Responsible for backup and DR
- Support Server infrastructure, on-prem, virtualised, private and public hosted cloud
- Manage and maintain the office network and hardware equipment
- Monitor and configure networks to optimise performance plus diagnose and resolve faults
- Design and implement ICT system/environment solutions
- Undertake recovery action in the event of a system failure
- Maintain control of system access and security levels
- Provide level 1 technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Implement and co-ordinate housekeeping procedures, including back-ups, setting up user accounts, monitoring file access, checking logs etc
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - including POS
- Conducting regular checks and audits to make ensure business critical operation are maintained
- Supporting the implementation, maintenance and upgrading of all relevant software and hardware tools used by the business
- Establish strong relationship with key external vendors and contractors
- Design and distribute regular reports to the business to ensure KPI and SLA are met, by both internal systems and 3rd party providers

- Windows server 2008 - 2012 R2/ SBS
- Experience with remote desktop support - TeamViewer preferred
- Active directory
- Windows & Mac OS support including laptops, iMacs and iPads using MDM tools like Intune, Jamf, Meraki
- POS equipment experience/ receipt printer, barcode scanner
- Manage file share security
- Hands on experience supporting Office 365 and Mac
- Basic network experience - routing, firewall, switching, LAN, WAN, WLAN (Cisco preferred)
