**Key **Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Utilising advance negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues.
- Provide remedial financial solutions to assist customers (i.e., settlements)
- Complaint handling and RISK assessment
- Skip searches
- Identifying hardship/vulnerable customers
- Provides support to team

**What You Will Bring**:

- Prior experience or exposure within collections and skip trace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues
- Experience/Use of Dialler systems (Computer assisted calling)
- Degree/Tertiary qualified welcomed but not essential
- Solid knowledge of Debt Collection guidelines & regulatory bodies governing industry
- Embraces and adapts to change
