About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Migration Administrator to support our migration team. The role involves preparing visa applications, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth delivery of migration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and assist with visa applications across multiple subclasses.
  • Liaise with clients to collect documents, provide updates, and manage enquiries.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and external bodies.
  • Maintain accurate client files, records, and compliance requirements.
  • Track case progress, deadlines, and policy changes.
  • Provide administrative support to Migration Agents and Managers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in migration services, legal, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
