The Bradford Exchange is looking to recruit multiple inbound Client Service Representatives for our high volume call centre located in Parramatta. As a Client Services Representative you will be responsible for assisting our customers via our inbound call centre. Your key tasks will involve placing orders and account queries, and other ad-hoc admin duties.

The Bradford Exchange specialises in the selling of a variety of collectable products, from coin collections to Disney merchandise. No prior knowledge is required, we will give you all the training you will need on-the-job

Our Client Services Team prides ourselves on our ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our loyal customers, whilst ensuring all members of the team feel welcome and supported every day.

**Tasks**
- Handling inbound calls - our agents handle on average 30-50 contacts per day
- Customer account queries, including reconciliation of payments
- Data entry
- General admin tasks

**Requirements**:

- Immediate start
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as member of a close-knit team
- Clear communication
- Basic computer literacy - excel, outlook
- Authority to work in Australia (required)
