**What we have on offer**

The Asset Management team is look for a team leader to be based in our Parramatta office. The team leader will support collections outcomes and minimises losses through effective management of the repossession and sale processes, working closely with our external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and team development through ongoing development and support.
- Providing insights and identifying emerging risks and trends.
- Ensure understanding and actioning of accounts within policy and procedures, and guidelines of privacy and consumer credit legislation.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with our external partners.
- Prevent and minimise breaches of NCCP ensuring compliance in our policies and procedures.

**About you**:

- Proven track record in leading productive teams within the collections space.
- In depth understanding of Asset Management processes.
- Experience in managing Third Party Suppliers relationship and performance (e.g., Mercantile agents and auction houses).
- Ability to understand legislative requirements for the benefit of the organisation.
