**The Role**: The Maintenance Customer Service Supervisor role is part of the ACH Group Property Division based at Glenelg. This full-time role reports to the Group Facilities Manager and is responsible for the day to day supervision of Maintenance Customer Service and Administration Officers providing maintenance helpdesk services.
**What you'll do**:
- Mentor, coach and monitor performance
- Support the team to
- Organise quotations from contractors
- Coordination with staff and contractors to attend sites for gardening and maintenance issues
- Evaluating and responding appropriately to feedback from customers and stakeholders
- Ordering and coordination of uniforms
- Administration duties including data entry, preparation and distribution of job sheets, maintenance and updating of data bases, filing, archiving, reporting and document control.
**About you**:
You are a talented and passionate Customer Service leader with a commitment to the team, someone who enjoys a positive, supportive environment to thrive and be successful in.
- Experience in leading staff
- Experience in managing a helpdesk system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a range of databases
- Understanding of property maintenance issues and building terminology
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated high level of integrity
- Highly effective written and communication skills
- Proactive and relationship oriented
