An exciting opportunity to join a well supported and highly experienced team as an Employee Relations Advisor

**Your new company**

This leading education organisation owns and operates over 300 schools right across Victoria, with a central enterprise function of over 600 staff located in East Melbourne.

**Your new role**

The Employee Relations Advisor will play an integral role as part of the Employee Relations Team. Providing high quality and responsive advice on a diverse range of employee relations matters;
- Interpretation of industrial instruments and policies
- Managing employer concerns relating to performance or conduct
- Conflict resolution
- Managing ill and injured employees
- Provision of training

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in employee relations, potentially as part of a previous generalist role.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and to work well within a team
