If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you As an Employee Relations Specialist at WTW, you'll be the go-to expert for Employee Relations and HR support across Australia. You'll work closely with managers and colleagues, ensuring our ER policies and practices are top-notch. Responsibilities - Tackle employee relations matters with confidence, from case management to performance management and grievances. - Be the trusted advisor for managers on sensitive workplace issues and keep our HR policies up-to-date. - Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Centres of Excellence to bring global HR programs to life. - Spot opportunities for process improvement and help standardise HR service delivery. - Assist with the annual compensation review process, including data validation and alignment with local policies - Support the administration of local benefits programs and liaise with vendors as needed - Provide input on local reward competitiveness and compliance with evolving legislation (e.g., pay equity, transparency) - Support internal mobility processes, including international transfers and relocations. Qualifications The Requirements - Proven experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on employee relations. - Solid understanding of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements in Australia and/or New Zealand. - Experience in annual compensation reviews and a strong understanding of reward competitiveness and compliance with evolving legislation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
