Exciting new role to join a growing Accounting Practice
- Must have previous accounting practice experience in similar role

Our client is a medium sized firm located in the Melbourne CBD. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide client support and administration assistance to Partners, Managers and Accountants.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of databases
- Collating returns & financials
- Fee preparation
- ATO correspondence
- Preparation of ATO registrations
- Formatting and compilation of documents for clients
- Relief reception duties
- General office support duties
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have experienced in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments
- Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office
