**Project Management**:

- Initiate, plan, and manage major / minor projects or initiatives related to the successful achievement of QCS objectives
- Lead, develop and implement robust Partner and Stakeholder Engagement Plans with associated communication plans, and implement across the team; monitor or amend as required. Contribute to the Command's overarching project management methodology and delivery priorities, and where required provide support to the other Strategic Futures Command teams with peak workloads, to achieve critical paths or during periods of leave. Establish reporting mechanisms and ensure records are current at all times, enabling accurate reports to Senior Management to be generated. Such reports may also include new partnership opportunities from discovery to scope and execution phases, conversations or agreements context and history, connectivity to strategic outcomes for QCS, trend analysis, updates to current relationships orrecommendations to dissolve or reduce the scope of a partnership agreements, and similar. Manage project risk ; define specific risks or impediments to achieving strategic objectives and ensure mitigation plans are implemented in a pre-emptive and timely manner.

**Delivery of Partnership and Strategic Engagement Objectives**:

- Collaborate with the Director, immediate team, and QCS stakeholders to understand, research and identify 'fit for purpose' strategic relationships and partnerships aligned with QCS strategic objectives. Form and maintain high quality relationships with external stakeholders, industry groups, corporate partners, other government agencies, non-government entities and not-for profit organisations on either QCS-wide or regional initiatives / projects that will strengthen organisation outcomes. Manage and maintain high calibre stakeholder relationships and communication channels with key QCS reliant inter-Government Agencies such as: o Queensland Healtho Department of Justice and Attorney-Generalo Queensland Police Serviceo Department of Youth Justiceo Department of Education and Training, including TAFE and other VET providers

**As required, represent QCS's interests in**:

- negotiation of MOU's or agreement to provide local or Centre-specific services, QCS related programs or initiatives, and similar partnership or engagement arrangements. attending professional forums, committee meetings and similar
- Support the development and implementation of culturally safe and respectful engagement strategies that foster healthy relationships with organisations representing the interests of Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islander people while simultaneously working across all levels of QCS to enhance the cultural awareness within the Agency. Undertake any other duties as assigned.

- Ensure that the Partnerships and Strategic Engagement Workgroup have the required core capability and experience to meet the organisation's current and longer-term requirements. Foster a workplace environment that values performance, continuous improvement, innovation and integrity in the delivery of high-quality services.
