**Overview**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers and Marketing Department in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Head of Marketing in development of main media campaigns across traditional channels, digital channels and marketing collateral including brochures and brand photography.
- Main point of contact within house graphic design function managing the creative development of marketing creative and field requests (e.g. leaflets, event flyers, banners etc.) across brands nationally.
- Responsible for dispatch and engagement of media schedules to stakeholder network and dispatch of logos, artwork and marketing materials to media, print houses and field operations.
- Undertaking data entry to assist in decision making for marketing campaigns.
- Content management of the shared marketing drives to ensure material is updated, accurate and correctly stored and shared.
- Detailed monthly review and checking of media invoices to schedules and highlighting discrepancies. Following discrepancies through to resolution with the media planner/buyer and Head of Marketing.

**Skills**
- 1+ years experience in a similar Marketing role
- Tertiary Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or communication qualifications preferably a degree
- Show self-awareness and emotional maturity demonstrated by flexibility, open-mindedness and being non-judgmental
- Personal communication skills both oral and written with a desire to promote open and direct two-way communication
