**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Leading a small team, you are responsible for:
**Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels of positions within the hospitality sector, from entry-level staff to senior management.

**Employee Relations**:
- Lead and manage employee relations across multiple sites, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Investigating grievances and resolving these while coaching venue management.

**Compliance & Policies**:
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with current employment laws and best practice.
- Regularly review and update employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.

**Workers' Compensation Management**:
- Overseeing the workers' compensation process, including claims processing, documentation, and communication with insurance providers.
- Work closely with employees, supervisors, and medical providers to ensure proper handling of claims and return-to-work programs.

**VISA Management**:
- Ensure compliance and accurate records keeping of VISA documentation.

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, employee relations, workers' compensation, and payroll effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to HR management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly autonomous and dynamic environment.

Must have a drivers license.
