About The Role

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of end-to-end generalist HR services including recruitment, training and development, and staff induction functions to meet Council's ongoing People and Culture responsibilities.

About You

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (e.g., Human Resources Management, Learning and Development or Business)
  • Previous work experience in a similar role in either the public or private sector
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgment in resolving problems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities to meet key deadlines

Salary Range

Up to $101K per annum (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
