Join Macquarie Group’s Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) Stakeholder Engagement team which leads the Operating Group’s coordinated approach to communications, strategy and engagement in a role aligned specifically to Central division. Central division develops and manages cross-divisional initiatives. It houses various CGM -wide services including the COO and CFO teams, data, legal and other specialist activities and encompasses non-financial risk functions.

This person will play an important role in supporting senior management, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Responsibility for managing integrated internal engagement and communications activities for Central division
- Work closely with senior management on key initiatives and positioning including message development, content design and events. A high level of internal stakeholder engagement is required
- Work with CGM’s Head of Central Division Strategy to develop Central division positioning and messaging for use across all audiences including Central division staff, broader business teams and Macquarie’s stakeholders.
- Work closely with colleagues on CGM level initiatives, ensuring alignment and accurate representation of Central division strategy and significant programs
- Be able to monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of all communications activities to Head of Central division.

**Necessary skills**:

- Experience managing communications activities including strategic development, messaging and planning
- Strong writing skills
- Design skills a plus
- Demonstrated experience using a multi-channel approach including written and video content, digital, presentations and events
- Ability to align tactical outputs with the strategic priorities of the division and broader CGM business
- Financial services or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a global team
- Proven networking and relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritise work effectively often under time pressure
