**About the role at hipages**

As the intermediary between our Marketing and Sales departments, you will be crucial in achieving our growth and acquisition objectives. Your main responsibility will be operationalising key metrics in our tradie acquisition funnels, including enhancing current acquisition channels and discovering new experiments that result in incremental enhancements.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Sales Team Training - Provide ongoing training, support, and incentives that motivate and retain sales team members
- Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement - Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers
