Approach & Attitude
As a Media Manager you will be responsible for media planning, buying and reporting, collaborating cross functionally within the business, to deliver client satisfaction, and Redhanded's own growth targets.

Specific Responsibilities
- Assisting/owning media planning and buying for Redhanded's diverse client base
- Understanding of the changing media landscape, working on multi-channel campaigns combining traditional and digital channels
- Presenting media recommendations to clients with clear and compelling rationales for media selections
- Reporting on media plans, including presenting back to clients, the post campaign analysis.
- Managing media finances, including Holdings via Spectra MD
- Leading and developing a Media Services Manager within the team.
- Collaborating with other teams (creative, research, account management, etc), to ensure we're maintaining message consistency and optimising across our campaigns.
- Supporting senior team members with the strategic agenda for the client, ensuring we deliver on short and long-term growth targets.

Your skills and experience
- You have solid experience in media planning and account management, as well as a strong operational mindset.
- You're able to think critically and fully evaluate solutions to problems.
- You have demonstrated experience in team leadership, with the ability to support and inspire junior team members.
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for our client.

Redhanded are also open to part time applicants looking for 4 days per week for this role.
