KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Exercise confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment diary
- Update and maintain patient records
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about the practice and its services
- Process patient invoicing and receipting
- Perform general administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills (Genie preferred but not essential) with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
