Seeking an enthusiastic Group Facilitator to join the In-Patient & Day Program team to cover staff sick leave and annual leave; we are seeking a motivated, energetic applicant who has effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and group facilitation.

**Inpatient Program**: offers specialised inpatient care for people struggling with emotional or behavioural difficulties.
- Anxiety
- Depression & Mood disorders
- PTSD & Trauma
- Substance Misuse & Addiction

**Day Programs**:We offer a variety of evidence-based group therapy programs designed to address specific needs. These programs help people develop coping mechanisms, manage symptoms, and prevent relapse.

Seeking a motivated, enthusiastic applicant who has effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary team, and experience facilitating group therapy with young people.

**About You**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Registered Nurse with Current APHRA registration, Clinical Psychologist Grade 2, Occupational Therapist Grade 2 or Social Worker Grade 2.
- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in group facilitation in the areas of Mental Illness.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and solely.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment.
- Knowledge with DBT, CBT, ACT and Mindfulness would be highly desirable.
- Well-developed and established group skills.
