People & Culture Consultant - 12 month FTC

- $130-135K plus super plus 10% bonus

**About the Company**

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will play part within their ‘Connected Teams’ model and play a critical execution role with both P&C, plus their leader and employee population.

**About the role**

The role calls for a creative problem solver who can work across a multitude of HR specialities. You will work in consultation with the specialists in those areas, the broader business, plus many and varied shades of grey. We’re keen to learn about your ability to manage both ambiguity and complexity, plus how you navigate frequent changes of role focus or key activities.

Additionally, you will work in partnership with P&C colleagues (e.g., Directors & Centres of Excellence) and senior business leaders to understand business needs and deliver value adding HR solutions to people related challenges and opportunities.

**About You**
- Significant practical HR experience in a similar role as gained in a large corporate / global organisation;
- Experience working with Agile frameworks with dynamic HR processes;
- Deep consulting, relationship management, service delivery, organisational change, & commercial competence; &
- Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organisational skills.
