**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Lismore team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

- Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
- Program lessons
- Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required

**About You**

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,
- Do you have skills in administration and coaching?
- Do you have or are willing to obtain a Gymnastics or Parkour qualification?
- Do you have a passion for sports and team building skills for coaching purposes?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Are you an autonomous worker as well as a team player?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
