The NILs scheme offers people on low incomes safe and affordable access to credit over a range of periods. The role will work as part of a team within our Financial Inclusion programs and will support the NILs Team Leader in the day-to-day functionality, while reporting to the Manager, Business Support
Branch.

**Selection criteria**

**Essential**

1. An understanding of needs of people on a low income
2. Relevant qualifications and / or experience to undertake the range of activities required
3. Ability to meet targets, work flexibly and within tight deadlines
4. Computer literacy and experience in databases and Microsoft office programs

**Desirable**

1. Experience in the microfinance or loan field

**Additional requirements**

1. Evidence of full COVID vaccination

2. Current NSW Drivers licence

3. Criminal history check
