**About the role**
Working within the classroom, the role of Education Support Officer is responsible for a range of activities which supports learners and enhances the student learning experience and educative processes. Reporting to the Head Teacher of Floristry, Retail & Logistics you will provide support to a diverse range of students both face to face and connected delivery, ensuring that the student outcomes is at the forefront of your decision making. You are a customer service, outcomes driven team member who is passionate about education and ready to support TAFE NSW students.
**Note**: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Knowledge of Safe Work assessment regulations and conditions
- An understanding of knowledge and skills required to obtain a HRWL Safe Work NSW assessment notification process
- The ability to work within Safe Work Australia regulations / legislation and compliance RTO standards 2025
- The ability to establish effective working relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and to provide quality customer service as part of a broader team
- Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies
