We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.

Value Creation is a new function created in Cartology to transform Cartology's client relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships. The Value Creation Manager role supports the Value creation leads in the end-to-end creation, ideation, development, and delivery of strategic client solutions that enhance Cartology's position as a trusted advisor in retail media and foster long-term partnerships with high-impact clients

**What you’ll do
- Project Delivery: Support the end to end delivery of client projects
- Research and Analysis: Partner with leaders across the business to identify and analyze emerging trends
- Value Proposition Development: Support the creation of comprehensive, client-specific value creation strategies
- Solution Design: Develop innovative, end-to-end retail media solution
- Client Engagement: Participate in strategy presentations and consultative discussions with C-suite executive

**What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in strategic consulting, client advisory, media/retail media, market research or insights
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within the retail, media, or consulting industries, ideally with exposure to C-suite executives.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics, digital marketing, and media landscape
- Good communication and presentation skills
