**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Marketing Engagement Assistant**:
The Marketing Engagement Assistant plays a key support role within the marketing team across digital partnerships, digital marketing, and competitions.

With guidance from the Marketing Engagement Manager, the key focus of this role is fostering relationships with partners to increase our prominence to drive viewership on 10 and 10 Play, to assist with marketing activations, local area marketing efforts, and performance marketing.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and media.

**Functions will also include**:

- Support the Head of Marketing, Marketing Engagement Manager and wider marketing team with tasks and projects as needed.
- Assist with digital partnerships to promote 10 Play, including communications to partners, briefing artwork, managing schedules for recurring CTV placements, and reporting on ROI and visibility.
- Assist the Marketing Engagement Manager with the delivery of performance marketing efforts, including coordination with design/content teams, media agencies, and other partners to ensure timely delivery, and assisting with tracking and reporting.
- Assist with marketing activations and local area marketing efforts, including partnerships and influencer marketing activity
- Assist with owned marketing planning and execution as required

**What are we looking for in a Marketing Engagement Assistant? What’s important?**
- Bachelor of Business/ Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Communications (desirable)
- A minimum of 1 year in a digital marketing, engagement, or general marketing role (desirable)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a great team player
- A genuine love of TV and media in general
- Detail oriented and well organised, able to manage multiple tasks and delivery to deadlines
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
