At Eden Academy, our centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts and designed to feel like a home away from home.

Operating from 6:30am to 6:00pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 75 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About You**
We are looking for an experienced **Assistant Centre Manager** with at least **two years of leadership experience** in early childhood education.
You are a **passionate and dedicated leader** who values high-quality care, strong teamwork, and a nurturing learning environment. Your ability to build meaningful relationships with families and the community makes you an exceptional communicator and organizer.
As an **Assistant Centre Manager**, you will play a key role in inspiring and motivating your team. You foster a positive culture where children thrive as independent learners, encouraging their **curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness**. Through your leadership and guidance, you will help create a supportive environment where both educators and children can flourish.
