**About the Company**:

Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, with visions to provide the best work life balance for a new Chapter Lead.
**The Role**:
With an extensive range of projects within the clearing and settlement space, this newly created Chapter Lead role is focused on using your technical proficiency and proactive leadership to thrive in a hugely hands on role while motivating and leading a team of chapter members. A strong mix of both people management and technical hands on leadership and development, looking after a team of between 5 - 15 people.
**About You**:
You'll bring your experience and knowledge in not only the technical field (Python OR Java) of your expertise, but also bringing your prior leadership skills to ensure your leading your team in the development process. You will have outstanding communication skills as well as stakeholder management skills.
**Key Skills**:
- At least 3 years of experience in your expert field (Python OR Java)
- At least 3 years of relevant leadership experience and mentoring of employees (does not necessarily need to be a direct role in management)
- Superb stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
