**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
As a **Customer Service Specialist** within their Commercial Division, you'll be the driving force behind their commitment to serving their commercial clients. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with architects, designers, and developers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for our commercial clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
- Handle order tracking, status updates, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to overall customer success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing, building, architectural or construction industry.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
