- $90 000 to $110 000 inclusive of company laptop and phone**

**Start January 2024**

We are seeking a motivated and experiencedchild care centre manager (Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader) to manage two services. This Centre Manager will be responsible for the direction and facilitation of operations across two small, based education and care services (near one another).

Key Responsibilities include yet not limited to:

- Develop & implement the centres programs as the educational leader, systems and operational processes to ensure the successful running of the centre
- Ensure compliance reporting requirements are monitored, maintained and completed on time
- Maintain & develop positive relationships & effective communication with the centres suppliers.
- Develop positive and open professional relationships with families, children and staff
- Provided effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff members of the centre
- Manage the centres budget and expenditure within the budget framework
- Ensure the centre operates within the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations requirements.
- Ensure rosters & staffing of the centre are well organised
- Managing & guiding staff with their professional development & their individual goals & performance.
- Adhoc duties as required by the approved provider.
- Marketing the centre to the local community
- Assessment & Rating management and preperation
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with 3 years’ experience as a Centre Director or Diploma in Children’s Services with experience as a centre Director.
- A genuine love for children is a must
- A sound knowledge of Hubworks software is a bonus
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff.
- The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience with going through A&R as a director.
- A solid understanding of policies, procedures and regulations
- Interest based learning approach as an inspired philosophy.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
