This is an have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge role working with a leader in their market, they are corporate, progressive and a reputable business. **Your key responsibilities**:

- Face of the company and first point of contact; welcoming and directing clients and visitors
- Setting up for workshops/events/meetings
- Ordering office supplies, liaising with maintenance, general office maintenance
- Scheduling meetings, booking travel and ensuring desk-set ups etc
- Must conduct oneself professional as most clients are high-end
- Other duties directed by manager

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Previous Reception or Administrative experience preferred, will consider strong customer service
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation - corporate attire
- Excellent attention to detail & willingness to go above and beyond for clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment at high intensity
- A friendly, vibrant and approachable disposition.
- Able to work in the CBD
