About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will provide broad-ranging reception and administration support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations at the Canberra Office. You will be responsible for all visitor management and ensure all incoming phone calls are answered and transferred accordingly. You will manage all outgoing and incoming mail, facilitate bookings and visits including meeting rooms and catering, and coordinate purchase orders, invoices and vendors. You will perform office management duties such as monitoring the staff kitchen areas and maintaining supplies in the kitchen, ordering amenities and stationery, maintaining office registries and communicating any maintenance or cleaning issues or requirements.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a large organisation, ideally in a customer service, reception or administration role
Positive can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and take on additional duties
Current valid driver’s license
Full working rights in Australia
