- ** Documenting Interactions**: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve our service.
- ** Collaborating with Teams**: Working closely with our sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
**What We're Looking For**: We're seeking a talented individual who possesses:
- ** Exceptional Communication Skills**: You're a master at conveying information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- ** Empathy and Patience**: You have a genuine desire to help others and can remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
- ** Problem-Solving Abilities**: You're a quick thinker who can think on your feet and find innovative solutions to customer issues.
- ** Tech Savviness**: Comfort with using various communication channels and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- ** Self-motivation** with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.
- Full WA **Drivers Licence**.
- ** Sales** or Call Centre experience is **highly regarded**.
