**Youngs WA** are currently seeking a** **Customer Experience Specialist or a Trainee Customer Experience Specialist** to join our Used Vehicle Sales team in Victoria Park

**Role**:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments and walk-in enquiries, selling and delivering used cars, and ensuring the customer's needs are always met.

To be successful in the role you will need:

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full WA drivers licence Previous experience in customer service or as a sales consultant is highly regarded
