**What You Will Be Doing**

This position sits within Peninsula Health’s (PH) AOD Program and is based in the Community health sites, including Frankston, Hastings, and Rosebud.

The AOD Peer Support Coordinator, of the Reset Life Program, will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to implement and deliver the intensive outpatient treatment program to individuals experiencing complex and problematic alcohol and other drugs use.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Lived experience of AOD use and the AOD service sector
- Advanced stability of personal recovery
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups
- Understanding of the concepts of recovery.
- Demonstrated understanding of peer support work.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, liaise and work collaboratively with carers, consumers and professional staff in a group setting.
- Current Working with Children Check
