**The role**:
An exciting opportunity as an Innovation Coordinator working in the Research and Development team at South East Water (SEW) is now available Reporting to the Innovation Manager, you will work in collaboration to build capability, internal culture, tools and outcomes to help SEW deliver its vision to_ 'Innovate with Purpose'._
The below responsibilities will form part of this new role:
- Developing peer relationships within the water industry and with external partners as required to share learnings, data and insights linked to developing a culture of innovation
- Attending conferences, workshops and events
- Aligning and integrating innovation projects with other strategic objectives of SEW.
- Leading the delivery of forums and workshops to enable ‘innovation in the everyday’ through the adoption and socialisation of innovation mindsets and tools
- Working with internal stakeholders to scope and deliver concepts or ideas identified through the annual Innovation Pathway process
- With guidance from the Innovation Manager, project managing the delivery of these concepts or ideas, including presenting concepts to management and suggesting future actions
**Who are you?**:
- At least two years' experience managing and governing strategically significant projects in a corporate environment; an understanding of regulated environments is preferred but not essential.
- Diploma certification in business, marketing, communications, but open to all qualifications with demonstrated relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate, and drive for results in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Experience in taking a lead role in developing and implementing processes and tools, preferably within the context of innovation or Human Centred Design methodology.
- Finally, perhaps most importantly in the ability to influence and inspire
