**Role**: Supplier Quality Specialist - OneSubsea

**Location**: Kewdale, WA

**Type of contract**: Permanent

**Roster**: Full Time

Supplier Quality Specialist works across OneSubsea and our suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans and training programs. These activities are all critical and aimed at protecting and boosting Onesubsea’s ability to meet and exceed our Company Quality and Delivery Standards.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Comply with relevant procedures governing work scope
- Conduct supplier assessments (audits) and supplier qualification audits (new and existing)
- Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement (CPAR, re-evaluate performance)
- Analyse /Root Cause Analyse supplier performance) - maintain and develop scorecards as part of the strategic collaboration within Supply Chain
- Conduct Pre-Product qualification meeting/New supplier onboarding and initial activities
- Reduce and open high severity NCR’s/CPARs (for Global and Locally Managed Suppliers)
- Investigate supplier quality concerns, including NCR’s, SDR’s, FPR’s etc.
- Manage and maintain AVL/Supplier Qualifications in SAP
- First Article Inspection review/inspection (local/product/project)
- Maintain Supplier qualification records in Document Management System
- Maintain Supplier Portal
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within supply chain when assigned

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Oil & Gas Industry experience preferably in a technical role
- Qualified Lead Auditor ISO9001
- Training and Experience on Root Cause Analysis Techniques/ (Six Sigma desirable)
- Knowledge and experience in various Fabrication and Manufacturing processes (coating, welding, non-destructive testing, machining)
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, drawings and Bill of Materials
- Mechanical inspection (desirable)
- Strong negotiation skills, communication skills & business acumen.
- Independent and results-driven
- SAP and Microsoft Suite of Applications (Office, Sharepoint, Teams etc) knowledge
