Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:

An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

A current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)

Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)

Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)

Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Hands-on experience running a large Centre with over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance

Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators

Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
