**Our Client**:
With her success, she has formed a terrific team around her and this growth has seen the need for an experienced Administrator to join the team

**Your primary responsibilities will be to**:

- Manage all front desk duties, meet and greet clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support for the listing and selling process
- Manage all property marketing
- Book all artwork and publications
- Provide administrative support as required
- Create and format documents and presentations
- Prepare open home packs
- Manage all data into the CRM (Agentbox)

**You**:

- Real Estate experience is highly desirable; however, they are willing to train you
- Certificate of Registration required, or willing to achieve
- Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Are highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and quick to pick up new systems
- Proactive and love showing initiative
