**About this position**

Our traffic and monthly recurring revenue are at all-time highs and our business is poised for its next exciting stage of growth. Customers (Suppliers) use our subscription-based Storefront packages (eg IndustrySearch Storefront media kit) to connect with an audience of relevant buyers. You'll focus on Storefront customer acquisition marketing with a short, medium and long term view through these and other initiatives:
Learn about and map all existing Customer Acquisition Initiatives

Develop and manage a short, medium and long term Customer Acquisition Marketing (CAM) Roadmap

Grow inbound leads from existing free listings and from new unlisted suppliers

Develop and drive success of digital signup & onboarding capabilities

Develop, manage, test and measure digital marketing strategies

Utilise existing platforms and our CRM while defining potential changes to better systems

Assess data and insights to form new ideas and inform post campaign assessments

Reach, nurture and convert prospects to customers through owned, earned and paid channels

Interface with sales on strategic customer acquisition initiatives (eg account-based marketing)

Integrate and consolidate cross-system customer data to streamline sales and marketing

Grow customer acquisition related search/SEO rankings

Develop and present plans and outcomes

Hire and manage external and internal contributors to fulfill on projects

Steer product and platform changes that support customer growth

Champion our brand externally and internally

**Skills and experience you bring to the position**

3+ years SME customer growth digital marketing experience

Proficiency in a range of digital and growth tools (Eg Google Tag Manager, Analytics, A/B testing tools, SEM Rush, Ahrefs, MOZ etc)

Results and priority-led, organised, process-focused and goal-driven

Good analytical and reporting skills

Working in a fast-paced environment with a passion to get stuff done

Self starter with proven ability to collaborate, influence, shape and follow through ideas

Asks for forgiveness not permission

Passionate about doing work with a high level of Excellence

Effective communicator who enjoys workin
