Hey there We're a local B2B Service business that is dedicated to providing quality services to our clients. We're on the lookout for a talented HR Assistant to join our team and help us grow through ongoing recruitment and HR-related tasks. In this role, you'll be working directly with our CEO, assisting with HR-related duties, and providing support for the smooth running of the office.
- Job Description:_
We're searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and provide HR support to the CEO. You'll be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, handling employee onboarding, maintaining employee files, and managing benefits enrollment. You'll also assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Responsibilities:_
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Handle employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations
- Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
- Manage benefits enrollment and serve as the point person for benefits-related questions
- Assist with payroll processing and tracking of employee time off
- Work closely with the CEO to handle HR-related tasks and support the smooth running of the office
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
