Taste Growers Market is a vibrant, community-driven business dedicated to delivering fresh, local produce and specialty foods. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support our operations by ensuring our digital systems and platforms run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

• Installing, configuring, and managing core applications and platforms, including POS systems, e-commerce platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Suite.
• Ensuring all business applications and systems are properly maintained, secure, and aligned with organisational needs.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Implementing and managing security protocols to protect data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Developing and enforcing guidelines for data handling, backups, recovery procedures, and compliance.
• Creating and updating documentation and SOPs, and training staff on systems and best practices.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external IT providers to integrate new tools and improve system performance.
• Performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure stability and efficiency.

You must have:

• A relevant bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant experience
• At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar Systems Administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
