Our business is seeking a talented and driven Retail Manager to join our team in our flagship store in Zetland, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in overseeing our business operations and ensuring exceptional customer service at our As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate retail associates and contributing to the overall success of our growing business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and oversee all retail operations, including sales, inventory, staff scheduling and training.
- Lead, train, manage, recruit and motivate the team at Taste Growers Market, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Negotiate product supply arrangements with local and international vendors.
- Implement strategies to improve our online ratings and reviews, especially Google.
- Revise current product mix and stock levels, for both online and website sales, in liaison with other team members.
- Develop creative idea for marketing and new promotions as per occasions i.e Christmas, New Year, Valentines Day etc as well, seasonal foods promotion.
- As per new developed promotions liaise with external agency to create digital promotions layouts and outdoor notice boards.
- Review customer feedback regarding product, client service and overall experience and provide resolutions to reassure the business evolving.
- Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, increase efficiency, and improve overall store performance.
- Collaborate with the company directors to contribute to the overall business strategy and growth plans.
- Manage financial transactions and track sales for both in store and e-commerce.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Analyse and report on key performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as retail manager in supermarket business.
- At least Diploma level qualification in management or discipline suitable for the role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency
- Proficient in using retail management systems and data analysis tools
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
