Seeking a Change Analyst to work within the Project Management and Change Management frameworks.

**Your new role**
As the Change Analyst you will:

- Implement Change Management models in the APS. The Prosci ADKAR Model (what will drive individual change, would be of great advantage)
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Interpret Change Management Plans and Impact Assessments, and execute into working deliverables
- Execute Change Readiness Assessments
- Transition to BAU planning and execution

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working in major ICT projects, that worked within Agile environments with "lean" teams
- Creating tactical communication and also work with an internal communications team, to ensure branding and corporate alignment
- 3+ years in delivering ICT/systems based training in a corporate context/Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Designing ICT systems face-to-face, webinar and online training programs and materials
- Strong project, problem solving and time management skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- PROSCI or similar accreditation is desirable, as well as a background in APS or consulting.
- Alfresco and/or Azure Dev Ops, and familiarity with projects employing MVP and Showcases is also desirable
