**The Opportunity**:
Digital Endeavours is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Change and Communications Analyst to play a pivotal role in navigating organizational change initiatives while ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication both internally and externally. You will be instrumental in developing and executing change management strategies, coupled with comprehensive communication plans, to support successful adoption and engagement across all our locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Change Management Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, training initiatives, and resistance management tactics.
- **Communication Strategy Development**: Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies to support change initiatives and broader organizational goals.
- **Content Creation and Distribution**: Prepare and distribute a wide range of internal and external communication materials related to change initiatives and general organizational updates, including newsletters, reports, presentations, website content, social media updates, and FAQs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Proactively engage with key stakeholders at all levels to understand their perspectives, address concerns, and build buy-in for change initiatives and organizational communications.
- **Communication Channel Management**: Manage and optimize various communication channels to ensure information regarding change and general updates is disseminated effectively and efficiently across different audiences and locations.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key change adoption metrics and communication effectiveness to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and other departments to integrate change management and communication activities seamlessly across multiple locations.
- **Internal Communications Enhancement**: Develop and implement initiatives to improve internal communication flow related to change and general organizational news, fostering a more informed and engaged workforce.
- **Resistance Management**: Identify potential resistance to change and develop proactive strategies to mitigate concerns and facilitate smooth transitions.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management, communication, and digital engagement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in change management and communications roles, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful change management and communication strategies for significant organizational initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of various communication channels, both traditional and digital.
- Experience in analyzing change adoption and communication metrics and generating insightful reports.
- Proficiency in using project management, communication, and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in coordinating change and communication efforts across multiple locations or business units.
- Change management certifications (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP).
