**Why This Position?**

It is a fantastic position for an experienced Physiotherapist. You will work alongside a large team of Physios with broad interests and experiences. Your caseload could be a mix of General Musculoskeletal, Sports injuries, Clinical Pilates, Strength and Rehab and more.

Depending on your experience, this position also has opportunities to pursue ‘non clinical’ based roles including mentoring, management, research, health promotion, community engagement, sporting clubs etc.

This is a 0.8-1.0 FTE role.

**YOU:

- ** You are a physio who loves Private Practice, you have a proven track record of maintaining a solid caseload and delivering a service that exceeds client expectations and gets great clinical outcomes. In the general population you understand the importance of both hands-on therapy as well as exercise based rehab. You are confident in your diagnostic skills, and clinical reasoning processes. AND, you love to stay at the top of evidence based practice and find great reward in sharing your knowledge to enthusiastic developing physiotherapists.

**_ Post Graduate qualifications preferred (or in progress)._**

**_ Clinical Pilates or Strength and Conditioning training also very desirable._**

You must be prepared to work, care for your clients, and hold yourself to account for being the best you can be while also having fun in your workplace.

We offer a large range of exercise based services from Clinical Pilates, to strength and conditioning and rehabilitation, while never forgetting the importance of hands-on Manual Therapy balanced with the right education to get results. We strive to offer a full range of services from acute injuries to end stage rehabilitation and sports performance, not to mention other programs to manage other musculoskeletal and chronic conditions such as Osteoporosis, OA, Pregnancy and Post natal complaints and much more. We are involved with many sporting clubs, gyms, medical centres and community groups, we love our community and we are sure you will too. Due to our long term community involvement, we have very high new patient numbers, minimising your need to promote yourself.
