Leverage your expertise as a Commercial Property Officer within our National Real Estate department at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. **This is a permanent full-time position.**

Support our team that oversees an extensive portfolio of commercial properties nationally, ensuring that our properties are not only managed efficiently but also enhancing the operations through process improvement initiatives.

**What does the role look like?**
- Provide exceptional administrative support for our dynamic store and sub-lease property network across multiple states.
- Provide updates on various property related activities including maintaining records within SAP S/4 Hana and financial reporting for property related projects.
- Support the team to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing commercial properties.
- Responsible for reviewing lease terms, rent reviews and reconciling accounts.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience within Legal or Commercial Real Estate highly favourable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights.
- Proven experience in maintaining accurate lease records, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative standards.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and Concur highly regarded.

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of **$96,800 - $107,600** including Superannuation.
