Our National Real Estate department is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the National Procurement team of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury NSW. **This is a permanent full-time position.**

**What does the role look like?**
- Lead end-to-end procurement process including planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier lifecycle process
- Manage contract performance to drive our suppliers to meet contracted SLA’s and KPI’s
- Lead budget estimations, sourcing operations, review purchase bids and negotiate with suppliers
- Conduct spend analysis, review supplier data, analyse market trends, identify industry benchmarks and prepare reports to influence decision making
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of agreed processes

**Qualifications**
- Background in Procurement, Property, Construction or Facilities Maintenance preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management or Coordination desired
- Demonstrated experience in Contract & Category Management desired
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets (HVAC & Fire Services) or Commercial Construction trends and best practices highly regarded
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Acute attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of **$110,800 - $132,200** including Superannuation
