We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to join our highly successful and rapidly growing business unit. This opportunity will be a permanent position based in Brisbane CBD. As an experienced Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects, providing advice to clients on technical solutions and guiding the team to deliver effectively.

This position will require you to work alongside the architecture team and focus on end to end development, configuration, customization and implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM solution

**Your day at NTT**
- Design and development of CRM 365 online, CRM portal and general complex integrations
- Dynamics CRM custom integration with Sharepoint Online
- Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, MS Flows & Actions
- Define and develop custom action events
- General CRM customisation and configuration
- Working alongside the Architect within the team, you will be involved in the end-to-end development of the configuration, customisation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM solutions. You will design and develop CRM solutions, related customisations, portals, and reports while providing excellent customer interface skills throughout the project lifecycle.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Hands-on development and design experience with Dynamics 365/CRM using.Net and other development technologies.
- D365 CRM customization and integration development
- Demonstrated experience with:

- Large and complex development projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Developing CRM custom workflows and plug-ins
- Integrating Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other software solutions
- Microsoft.Net technologies and some integration experience
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
- High level communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels with colleagues and clients
