Transport Allocator - 4-month Contract. Immediate Start. $42 per hour + Super.

Join in a government role as a transport coordinator, based in Sydney CBD, undertaking daily scheduling and rostering duties.

**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of logistics services to a wide range of stakeholders in NSW. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the delivery of high level, customer focused logistics services through the effective rostering, scheduling and management of the Department’s transportation services.
- Manage daily changes to scheduled requirements from key stakeholders and ensure all dispatch and scheduling functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner to ensure a safe and efficient logistics service.
- Monitor and report on driving and scheduling arrangements and take necessary corrective action to ensure compliance with WHS Fatigue Management guidelines and policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to work a rotating fortnightly shift roster and provide on-call weekend phone support to ensure service delivery 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as required.
- Previous experience providing logistics scheduling services, including rostering, scheduling, or allocating support.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fatigue management, protocols, and guidelines.
